Working From Home : COVID19

This devastating global pandemic reminds us more than ever, that no matter how many miles separate us from other continents, we are still just one world and we need to unite in our action to beat this virus.

So in this case, how do we all unite? Through separation and social distancing, ironically.

This is exactly what we've been doing at Bounce Creative Designs - from Monday this week we began our working from home trial and limiting social contact as much as possible with only one person office based at one time.

Our aim is to safeguard staff and other people to prevent the spread and avoid unnecessary travel and so far it's working well with minimal disruption.

On a positive note, having never worked like this before, it's an opportunity to put our business and staff to the test and see how we can perform under pressure and what needs to be changed in order to work under new and challenging circumstances.

Business is as usual from our side but we are not expecting a lot of new enquiries and sales, we are all working to the best of our abilities in order to keep going and safeguard our jobs and our industry.

At the moment it is very disheartening seeing so many businesses suffer and individuals now finding themselves out of work, all very suddenly. But, at some point business will pick up again and we want to make sure we have all our resources and staff ready to go.

We don't want to lose good people, we will keep going and all redirect our energy to still be productive.

While running a business we usually find that there's plenty we don't get around to doing when business is good and everyone is busy. So now we have a bit of downtime and an opportunity for the team to all get on with other, secondary duties wherever possible to keep us all productive and employed.

Bounce Creative Designs are open as usual, just trying to remain positive and trying to keep ours and other businesses afloat.

Below are some of our home set ups we thought would be nice to share.
