- Why is there sometimes 2 or more delivery charges on my order?
If you are ordering 2 or more different types of products we would usually source them from different places which would then require delivery to you from several different locations.
- Do you offer credit or do I pay before I order?
We have set up this online shopping platform specifically for those of you who wish to take control of your own ordering, you choose the item, quantity, branding and make payment at the time of ordering. Much like any other online purchase, we'll just check everything is correct before production, such as your artwork. If you are a company which can only provide a PO at point of ordering we can offer you a credit application - please enquire directly with us for this.
- Will I get a visual proof for my order?
When you place your order you will upload your artwork - this should be the highest resolution, good quality vectored EPS or PDF file you have. If it's suitable for use we will email you a free proof to approve before your order goes into production. If we need a better quality artwork we will contact you for this, in some instances, we can improve an artwork file if it's not suitable or we can suggest a better version. We always aim to use the best quality file as it will always look better branded on your selected products.
- Can you price match if I find a better price elsewhere?
Due to our extensive purchasing power, we are able to negotiate the most competitive prices on the market so you always get great value from Bounce Creative Designs Ltd.
We always aim to be competitive in the first place, but yes, if you have a price for the exact same item and branding method, send us over the quote and we can usually match the price.
- What is a set up charge or origination?
When a product gets branded with your logo, depending on the method used, a new screen or block will need to be created for each and every design. Once this has been produced, if you wish to reorder more of the same product with the same artwork we can usually reduce the repeat set up charge.
- Do you have a range of Eco friendly branded merchandise?
We certainly do and are very selective with our specific supply chain to ensure we are using the best sustainable options possible. We have a wide range of promotional items that have eco credentials and a dedicated Eco Range available.
Sustainability can be apparent directly by the materials they are manufactured from, such as glass, metal, or bamboo, or be an eco-product simply through their reusability or the green living they encourage. If a product is high quality and the end-user keeps and uses the item for years to come, it is a lot more sustainable than a lesser valued item that gets binned after a few uses. At Bounce Creative Designs we aim to supply good quality products that are kinder to the environment and loved and valued by the people that use them.
- What is a Pantone colour or CMYK print?
The Pantone Matching System is a standardised colour reproduction system that will more accurately produce true colours for your branding. Each PMS Colour is represented by a number and is used most often for logos and branding which many companies will hold in their brand guidelines. CMYK or full colour is a four-color process that layers cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink to form your chosen colour. This is not Pantone matched and cannot guarantee any specific colour matching.
- Are the colour of your products going to be exactly as I see on my screen?
The colours that you see on your computer monitor, mobile phone, tablet or printed out, will not provide the exact Pantone Matching System Colour of our products. This is due to the fact that calibration is different on all printers and monitors. If you are in any doubt of the colour of a product we recommend ordering a sample to check suitability.
- Can I order a sample? Will this be plain or with my branding?
Yes, you can order plain samples for a small cost to cover the item and p&p, this is usually around £8 to £20 depending on the item and you can purchase this directly through the website.
A branded, pre-production sample works out a lot more as we need to set up screens and production for your order, even if we just produce 1 printed sample. This is often required when planning a very large order or project and the pre-production sample is requested before the full production is signed off. Please enquire if you need this service, but costs are around £80 to £100 roughly.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, there's a minimum order quantity for branded products which varies from around 25 to 100 depending on the specific item. The minimum order quantity will be clearly displayed for each product. You can also buy a plain (unprinted) single sample if you need, before ordering the bulk order of branded products
If you require an order volume that’s smaller than that stated, simply contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll see what we can do to help.
- What is the lead time or production time for an order?
The lead time on branded promotional products depends on the product you select. We have a wide range of products that can typically be printed and delivered within 5-7 working days, however some bespoke products require more time or if it's a very large quantity production time can be longer. If you have a deadline date just let us know so we can ensure you're ordering products that can be branded and delivered in good time. We will never make promises if the goods may not reach you in time.
- Can you print my logo onto any of your products?
Of course - that's what we specialise in. Print is not the only method of branding though, depending on the product and materials used some can be embossed, laser engraved, foil blocked or embroidered to name a few methods. How well these come out can depend on the quality of your artwork, so we prefer to use high resolution artwork in the correct format.
- I've placed my order - what happens next?
Thank you for your order! We really appreciate your business.
You will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. One of our team members will be your dedicated point of contact and will check your artwork and supply you with a visual
proof to approve. We’ll only go to production once you’re completely happy with how your visual looks - once you have approved our final proof it will be 5-7 working days for delivery of your order.
If there’s any issue with the artwork, such as quality, colour matching, artwork file type, etc our in- house design team will do everything they can to assist you.- What might cause a delay in production?
What might cause a delay in production?
If the artwork is not in the correct format there could be delays in approving the proof, this can cause delays in starting production. Correct format is vectored EPS and high resolution PDF. We usually require your brand Pantone colour/s for printing, if you don’t have these one of our team will match it to the closest available match, for your approval.
Occasionally, if deliveries are coming from overseas there can be delays through customs or if there are other circumstances outside of our control such as extreme weather conditions, so you should always allow extra time if you have important deadlines to meet.
- Why can I not order and checkout if my address is not mainland UK and how much is delivery?
If you would like to order merchandise and deliver to outside of the UK you will need to request a quote. One of our sales team will contact you with shipping costs and process your order for you. This process also applies when you have multiple shipping addresses. Standard UK mainland shipping costs are here:
